At Ferman Innovation, we start each innovation project by conducting in depth qualitative customer research.

We have 35 years of experience conducting all forms of qualitative research, with a target audiences from 18 - 80.  We have also worked across a wide array of industries and respondent types, including both B-2-C and B-2-B.  And ranging from interviews with senior executives to focus groups with consumers.
