Len Ferman has spent 35 years innovating for some of the world's largest organizations. Prior to founding Ferman Innovation he led the front end of innovation at Bank of America where he developed the Idea Tournament™ process.
He is a frequent speaker at conferences including the World Future Trends Summit, The Front End of Innovation conference and the Customer Experience Leaders Summit.
Len is also an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida, where he was invited to develop the courses on business creativity and innovation for both undergraduate and MBA students. In 2022, Len was honored with the Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award.
In addition, Len is a faculty member of the American Management Association where he has taught Creative Thinking in Business and Design Thinking and he is a global educator for Duke Corporate Education.
In 2019, Len authored a college textbook, “Business Creativity and Innovation: Perspectives and Best Practices,” published by Cognella.
Len holds two masters degrees from Duke University (M.B.A. in Marketing and a Master’s in Economics).
